Sweet Whisperings

We've lived in Aubrey for 5 months now.
We moved here because we happened to find the perfect house, on the perfect land, under the perfect conditions and obedient to the direction of the spirit.  The whole process of finding the house, the finances and things falling perfectly into place as the Lord directed have been answers to our prayers.  We have not always known the 'why's of moving to Aubrey, but we HAVE always heard and known the whisperings of the spirit and it's promptings.  We have truly been blessed.
We are meeting wonderful people, have wonderful neighbors and we are making great friends.  We are finding areas in which we can serve and people who we need as friends.  The Denton Stake has wonderful saints and the Aubrey Ward, while diverse and struggling, has much to offer it's members in the areas of growth and testimony.  Good people, and I am so grateful the spirit has directed us to this area of Texas.
There are rumors that our Ward boundaries are going to be adjusted in the near future.  Of course, when Del and I hear these rumors, we put them in the appropriate category of 'rumor only', but we see the growth of this area and see how the Lord has blessed the saints in this area of His kingdom.  Our home teacher has been the one to share 'what he has heard or knows' with us, and according to his knowledge, we would lose a very strong area of our ward to another ward.  I would be sad, as two of the ladies I visit teach, plus some friends we have made recently, would be gone with the change.
But rumors are just that....rumors.
No need to panic yet, if at all.
