The Girls are Spreading Their Wings

I've noticed that several of the chickens had started flying up on to the roof of the chicken coop.  Mostly the white ones.  And they always tend to have one be the 'look out' chick while the others then follow suit and climb up on top of the coop.
So, we finally opened the final door all the way to allow the girls to begin roaming the backyard.  They have done fine so far except today, they ALL went over to the neighbors yard and got on the basketball court where the two teenage boys were trying to play ball. We are going to need to lock them back up inside the coop fence and put some netting over the top so they can't fly up and over the wire.
