I'm 51 years old and never had a pedicure...until today.
I've never wanted one...never really cared about my feet, and still don't, really.
But today, our office staff was rewarded for a contest we had at the office for selling a certain product to our clients. And our reward? Free salon pedicures. So, because we're going on a cruise tomorrow, and because my daughters got them, and because they were free, I agreed to go get my first pedicure.
Did it feel nice? Yes.
Was it wonderful? Yes.
Will I ever get another one? Yes.
Will I pay for it? Never.
A luxury I can easily do without.
It was nice for the occasion....
but I would never make it a habit.
But I can at least say now, that I've had one.
